Louisiana Bistreaux Seafood Kitchen Buckhead

Located in the heart of Buckhead, Louisiana Bistreaux Seafood Kitchen is a casual, family-friendly bar and grill specializing in Louisiana cuisine, with all your favorite gulf-coast dishes from gumbo to jambalaya.

Everything from cocktails to the carefree and festive ambiance replete with mardi gras beads makes you feel like youre having a Bourbon Street party.

Try their authentic Hurricane, a classic NOLA rum punch. They also make an especially delicious Cajun Bloody Mary with jalapeno-infused tequila.

I had their signature crawfish etouffee over white rice, which was as delicious as any Ive tried in the Big Easy.

Sirius Seafood is a hip and fashionable seafood bistro in a beautifully designed mid-century modern bar and dining space in Piedmont Heights.

Everything from food presentation to ambiance is top-notch, garnering a large local following. You can expect a long wait, but its well worth the extra time.

Plus, the cocktails are fabulous, so you can take a seat at one of the colorful swivel bar chairs to savor a few while you wait.

The small yet delicious contemporary steak and seafood menu has a Southern flair. I recommend the jumbo lump crab cakes or the fried lobster tail with smoked gouda and cheddar mac and cheese and asparagus.

Heres one one reviewer says about 6 Feet Under: We had a great time at six feet under! Jessica was the best waitress Ive ever had- literally! She is a standout employee! I was sad they were out of gator bites. I had the tacos. The tacos were ok but the hush puppies were AMAZING! This place is really fun to look around also. I chose the blood Mary bar and built my own Bloody Mary and it was awesome too! if you want a straw, you can buy a metal one for a dollar. Really cool way to save the planet!

Summary Of The Best Atlanta Seafood Restaurants & Markets

Even though is a bit unlikely to associate Atlanta, a city lying 1000 feet above sea level with seafood, the city still counts a plethora of excellent seafood restaurants. Youll be spoiled for choices and youll be pleasantly surprised.

It is an eclectic city thats known for many things, like the iconic Turner Broadcasting Building, the Coca-Cola Company, and Peachtree Street. While many people know Atlanta for its amazing architecture and attractions, I believe it is best known for its unbelievable food scene.

A soaring, convivial spot, the Optimist has a hopping oyster bar shaped like a surfboard, a first-rate cocktail program, and seafood cooked with old-school expertise over a wood fire. The term Optimist refers to a type of sailing dinghy used for teaching kids, and is an old moniker for a fisherman awaiting his next big catch.
