We came to celebrate my husbands birthday and we couldnt have been more impressed! The service was amazing, the waiter and management team were incredibly attentive, everything we ordered was amazing. Their was a live jazz pianist in the background, it made for a lovely setting with delicious food. Gracious hospitality, delicious food in a beautiful setting, who could ask for more!

The spot is a go-to for romantic date nights, but this month we want to shine the spotlight on their Sunday Jazz Brunch, hosted weekly from 11 a.m. 1 p.m. Executive Chef Danny Ganem has curated an a la carte menu of New American cuisine fused with international flavors, like Cuban molletes, crispy black grouper tacos, and a top-rated popover Benedict served with Gruyère cheese and ham. You can pair your meal with tasty libations from the bar, including craft cocktails and traditional brunch sips like bloody Marys and mimosas. Social Media Design And Animation
A luxury boutique hotel with thoughtful amenities and extraordinary service The Betsy has long been considered a cultural mainstay on the Miami music and arts scene. Our approach to design and marketing needed to be a natural extension of that rich heritage.
We designed the social media graphics for the hotel restaurants, including event promotions, animations, contests, hotel playlists, and new food menu itemsall with a neighborhood feel, and plenty of opportunities for patrons and future guests to connect. The Betsy appeals to the local community and to out-of-town guests so all of the collateral has to communicate to those two audiences.

Packaging And Menu Design Services
We put together a takeout packaging program to accent The Betsy’s dining and café options, LT Steak and Seafood, The Alley, and The Carlton Room Café. A holistic approach was taken, weaving together the hotels elegant typography and inviting color palette.
Dog-friendly hotels are becoming more common across the hospitality industry. At The Betsy, dogs are welcome guests and the owners pets, Betsy and Rosa, are the mascots of the property. So we decided to bring these two into an even bigger role with whimsical dog illustrations throughout the collateral, like on the deli paper, takeout bags, and letterpress printed labels.
To bring the menus up-to-date with the new design approach, we collaborated with the Head Chef and the Manager of the Food & Beverage program to rethink the layout and even come up with new menu titles and categories.
The Color Of Jazz Was Exhibited At The Betsy In 2017 To Celebrate The Great Photographer Pete Turner This Vivid Image Shot In Africa By Pete Turner Graced The Cover Of Antonio Carlos Jobim’s Wave Album
Jazz is celebrated in other ways at the hotel as well. The exhibitions program, led by Betsy co-owner Lesley Goldwasser, recently featured an exhibition of work by Pete Turner, a photographer who revolutionized jazz album cover art and collaborated with John Coltrane, Wes Montgomery, Oliver Nelson, Antonio Carlos Jobim, and so many others. Another featured exhibition with a link to jazz was the work of Miami-artist Leonor Anthony in a collection called Sounds of Freedom.

Dinner At Lt Steak & Seafood
LT Steak & Seafood is a lovely restaurant located in the main lobby area of The Betsy Hotel, led by Chef Laurent Tourondel. This spot fuses together French, Asian and Latin American flavors to create a menu that is both unique and delicious.
We started off our three-course dinner with some wine, which is a must at LT Steak & Seafood.
The complimentary bread served at this restaurant is mouthwatering. Be careful to save some room for the entrees!

If you havent yet tried Los Fuegoss legendary Sunday Asado brunch, youre missing out big time. The key thing to remember here is to pace yourself brunch at Los Fuegos is larger than life. If youre looking for a more low-key spot to watch the Super Bowl, Isabelles Grill Room & Garden is just the spot. Located at the beautiful Ritz Carlton Coconut Grove, the picturesque, locally-loved restaurant will offer specials from Thursday, January 30 through Sunday, February 2. Guests can look forward to $20 buckets of beer and specially-priced game-day favorites like Loaded in the Grove nachos, BBQ pork Po Bois, Sidewinder cheese fries, and the famous Ritz Dog, a footlong Kobe beef hot dog served on a brioche bun.

Michelin starred chef Alfio Longo is the mastermind behind the incredible Med-inspired menu at The Deck at Island Gardens and Sunday brunch is the perfect way to experience all the magic of this waterfront hot spot. From noon to 4 p.m., kick back and soak up views of mega yachts gently bobbing atop the clear blue waters of the marina while you tuck into delicious offerings from a lavish buffet. To bring the refreshed branding to life across the property, we designed announcements for the digital signs, along with digital menu boards for The Carlton Room Café on Collins Avenue. Tabletop signs were also created for different locations including The Concierge, Front Desk, and LT Steak & Seafood dining tables.
Guests also enjoy Coffee Kits, which can be ordered via room service, complete with a tray liner showcasing illustrated instructions on how guests can brew their locally roasted Panther Coffee.

The Betsy South Beachs award-winning fine dining destination LT Steak & Seafood is now serving its own proprietary beer, Betsy Rosa. Created by The Betsy South Beachs culinary team in collaboration with HOUSE OF MOTOR Crafted Lifestyle a Miami-based collective the brew is a classical Austrian copper lager, served exclusively at The Betsy South Beach.
The lager is named for The Betsys two CEOs Betsy and Rosa, who are on hand to greet guests during a weekly CEO Happy Hour in the Lobby Bar . The beer is light on the palate with notes of lemon zest, fresh-baked bread, and Allspice, with hints of honey and herbal hops. Its naturally fermented with 5.3% alcohol a balanced and flavorful lager, loosely based on classic Austrian and German beer styles. Priced at $7 its perfectly paired with the restaurants seasonally-inspired steak and seafood menu, or simply on its own at the Lobby Bar.
Also of note, the Lobby Bar is now the only restaurant in Florida offering bone-in Mangalica Ham Carving. Considered the pinnacle of Jamon, the super-premium ham is cured in Spain of pigs hailing from Hungary. Available beginning at 5 PM each day, the ham is offered at $25/ounce and served with pa amb tomaquet.
Coffee & Pastries At The Carlton Room Caf
The Carlton Room Café is located on the first floor of the Betsy Hotel. This coffee bar offers Panthers Coffee as well as an assortment of parties and baked goods. We enjoyed an Iced Vanilla Oat Milk Latter and an Iced Cappuccino.
The Guava + Cheese Pastelito is a must. This traditional Miami treat combines sweet cream cheese with delicious guava inside a flakey pastry shell. Its a great choice for a light breakfast or an afternoon snack.
